Nieuwe tijdelijke maatregelen als gevolg van het coronavirus
T-Mobile heeft het besluit genomen om tijdelijk alle winkels te sluiten, met ingang van woensdag 18 maart tot in ieder geval maandag 6 april 2020. Verspreid over Nederland zal in een aantal winkels beschermende maatregelen getroffen worden, waarna ze weer geopend kunnen worden.
Søren Abildgaard, CEO T-Mobile Nederland: “De gezondheid en veiligheid van onze medewerkers en klanten staan in dit besluit voorop. Juist in deze tijd is het zeer belangrijk om ervoor te zorgen dat mensen verbonden met elkaar kunnen blijven, vandaar dat het gaat om een tijdelijke maatregel. Dit is zeker geen lichtzinnig besluit geweest omdat we ons realiseren dat we hulp aan klanten in tijden van maatschappelijke onzekerheid voorlopig niet meer kunnen bieden in onze shops. We doen er alles aan om de continuïteit van de service richting bestaande en nieuwe klanten zoveel mogelijk op afstand te borgen via onze onlinekanalen en onze callcenters.“
Dinsdag 17 maart kunnen klanten nog in T-Mobile winkels terecht voor het afsluiten van een abonnement, het ophalen van bestellingen of reparatie en voor antwoorden op eventuele vragen. Vanaf woensdag 18 maart kunnen klanten die hun bestelling nog niet hebben opgehaald, deze alsnog gratis per post laten thuisbezorgen.

T-Mobile takes new temporary measures as a result of the corona virus
T-Mobile has decided to temporarily close all stores, from Wednesday March 18 until at least Monday April 6, 2020. After additional protective measures are taken for a number of shops across the country, these shops will re-open again.
Søren Abildgaard, CEO T-Mobile Netherlands: “The health and safety of our employees and customers have been leading in our decision. Especially in these days it is very important to ensure that people can stay connected, so that explains why this is a temporary measure. This was certainly not an easy decision, as we realize that we will no longer be able to offer help to customers in our shops in times of social uncertainty. We do everything we can to ensure the continuity of service to existing and new customers remotely as much as possible through our online channels and our call centers. ”
On Tuesday March 17, customers can still visit the T-Mobile stores to take out a subscription, pick up orders or repair and get answers to potential questions. From Wednesday 18 March, customers who have not yet collected their order can still have it delivered free of charge at home.
