T-Mobile biedt de beste mobiele ervaring in Nederland. Dat blijkt uit een recent rapport van Tutela, een onafhankelijk crowdsourced databedrijf met een wereldwijd panel van ruim 300 miljoen smartphonegebruikers. Tutela voerde voor het ‘State of Mobile Experience’ rapport tussen mei en november ruim 408.000 snelheids- en latentietests uit op de netwerken van T-Mobile, KPN en Vodafone. T-Mobile komt als beste uit de test op het gebied van kwaliteit voor diensten met een hoge bandbreedte waaronder HD-video, gebruik van het internet en dekking. De tests werden wereldwijd in 30 landen uitgevoerd. Nederland behaalde de vierde plek wat betreft beste mobiele ervaring.

T-Mobile werkt als grootste mobiele provider van Nederland met vier merken, T-Mobile, Tele2, Ben en Simpel, hard aan het steeds verder verbeteren van de klantervaring, het vergroten van de dekking en verhogen van snelheden. Dat de telecomprovider nu als beste uit de test komt op het gebied van mobiele ervaring, is een kroon op het werk. Tisha van Lammeren, Chief Commercial Officer bij T-Mobile Nederland: “We dagen onszelf continu uit om de allerbeste kwaliteit te leveren en onze klanten het beste netwerk te bieden. Dat we met zo’n onafhankelijke en gedegen test als winnaar uit de strijd komen, is iets waar we heel trots op zijn!” Eerder dit jaar werd T-Mobile al door umlaut uitgeroepen tot beste mobiele netwerk van Nederland en wereldwijd. Ook riep MarketResponse T-Mobile en Ben uit tot de twee klantvriendelijkste telecombedrijven van Nederland.

Driemaal de hoogste score
In het rapport van Tutela had T-Mobile met een score van 89,1 procent op ‘Excellent Consistent Quality’, de hoogste score van de drie providers. Dit staat voor het percentage van de tijd dat een netwerk voldoet aan de minimaal aanbevolen prestatiedrempels voor bijvoorbeeld HD-video en gaming. Ook op ‘Core Consistent Quality’, het percentage van de tijd dat een netwerk voldoet aan de minimaal aanbevolen prestatiedrempels voor toepassingen met lagere prestaties zoals surfen op het web en spraakoproepen, scoorde T-Mobile het hoogst met 94%. Tot slot behaalde de provider met 695/1000 de hoogste dekkingsscore, waarbij gekeken werd naar de relatieve geografische dekking van de operators.

‘Beste mobiele ervaring van het land’
“T-Mobile Nederland biedt haar mobiele gebruikers de beste mobiele ervaring van het land, waarbij de operator de hoogste Excellent Consistent Quality en Core Consistent Quality heeft. Op het 5G-netwerk scoorde de operator de op één na hoogste Excellent en Core Consistent Quality” zo staat in het rapport van Tutela.

Highest score in three categories of independent test Tutela

T-Mobile offers the best mobile experience in the Netherlands. This is evident from a recent report by Tutela, an independent crowdsourced data company with a global panel of over 300 million smartphone users. For the State of Mobile Experience report, Tutela conducted over 408,000 speed and latency tests on the networks of T-Mobile, KPN and Vodafone between May and November. T-Mobile came out best in terms of quality for high-bandwidth services including HD video, Internet usage and coverage. The tests were conducted in 30 countries worldwide. The Netherlands ranked fourth in terms of best mobile experience.

As the largest mobile operator in the Netherlands with four brands, T-Mobile, Tele2, Ben and Simpel, T-Mobile is working hard to continuously improve the customer experience, increase coverage and increase speeds. The fact that the telecom provider now comes out of the test as the best in the field of mobile experience, is a crowning achievement. MarketResponse also proclaimed T-Mobile and Ben as the two most customer-friendly telecom companies in the Netherlands.

Three times the highest score
In Tutela's report, T-Mobile had the highest score of the three providers with a score of 89.1 percent on 'Excellent Consistent Quality'. This represents the percentage of time that a network meets the minimum recommended performance thresholds for, for example, HD video and gaming. T-Mobile also scored highest on 'Core Consistent Quality', the percentage of time a network meets the minimum recommended performance thresholds for lower performance applications such as web browsing and voice calls, at 94%. Finally, the provider achieved the highest coverage score at 695/1000, looking at the relative geographic coverage of the operators.
